SUMMARY
This project aims to improve Holland’s traffic, transport and logistical systems. To this end, the project teams will develop a robust Smart infrastructure network which can mitigate the effects of local disruptions and enable synergies between road traffic and high-tech public transport. This will involve the design and application of an Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) which will allow users to make informed transport medium and route choices based on real-time data. The team will also develop sustainable logistics solutions incorporating reliability, efficiency and environmental-friendliness.
