SUMMARY
The aim of the Near Field to Far Field Antenna Measurement (NF2FF) project is to develop and validate experimental methods for determining the radiation characteristics of antenna arrays in the far field. The team will measure the far-field radiation characteristics through analysing the distribution of electromagnetic parameters in the near field. The end-goal of NF2FF is to develop an inexpensive measuring system for calibrating antenna parameters in unfavourable external environments.

- Developing algorithms for calculating the characteristics of the antenna including methods to eliminate measurement errors resulting from the presence of unwanted signals
- Producing measurement data in a three-dimensional matrix
- Improving the accuracy of the measurement characteristics of antennas
