SUMMARY
The goal of this project is to aid HR divisions in seeking new staff with specific skill-sets and competencies, The project will develop a data-mining and analytics service which can locate, within the given parameters, from the web or from internal documents, an appropriate potential employee. The end-results will contribute to addressing information asymmetry in the labour-market.
