SUMMARY
The eBig3 project aims to create a network for cross-border research cooperation in technology enhanced learning (TEL) and to develop a strategy for educational business promotion services. The project will implement the strategy and pilot a set of innovative learning solutions for inclusive human resource development.

SOLUTIONS

Combining three, complementary applications of TEL:
- eLearning – mainly computer and/or internet-based learning;
- tLearning – TV based learning;
- mLearning – learning with a use of mobile devices; to produce an effective & innovative cross-media learning delivery system (eBig3) that goes beyond traditional web-based learning approaches
- Integrating the wide coverage of TV technology , the wide accessibility of mobile technology and the high capacity and flexibility of broadband in one platform for educational business promotion services
