SUMMARY

A major challenge facing Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Business to Consumer (B2C) service brands today is increasing consumption and enhancing customer loyalty. The Creative World project aims to provide the most effective one-shop solution for meeting these challenges through the development of a collaborative web/mobile application.

With the Creative World platform, organisations and brands can harness the creative power of human resources in collaborative, online co-branding and innovation processes . To this end, the project team has developed crowd-sourcing and employee to business applications for utilising internal and external human resources.

SOLUTIONS

  • Implementing, testing and launching the main components of the platform on the Hungarian market
  • Designing a multilevel task-resolution system to manage and actualise generated concepts and ideas
  • Developing a built-in motivation which rewards creative input from employees and the external community
  • Integrating social media components and providing multi-language modules to ensures that clients can reach a critical number of consumers
  • Creating mobile applications which allow android and iOS users to submit their ideas and comments wherever and whenever they desire through textual, photographic and video media.
