The 11th Future Internet Assembly (FIA) event with the overall theme on Reshaping Infrastructure for Innovation, was held at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre during 18 – 20th March, 2014. There were over 760 delegates, 48 booths, 45 posters and over 27 hours of live streaming at the highly successful event showcasing the Future Internet Research work in Europe. ceFIMS-CONNECT (610534) is funded by the European Commission’s 7th Framework Information Sociey Technologies (IST) Programme, in Objective ICT-2013.1.7 Future Internet Research Experimentation.
The ceFIMS-CONNECT is gathering knowledge of Member State-funded Future Internet Research and Innovation on the Future Internet and supporting the EU Future Internet Forum (FIF) and National FI chapters.
Continuing the good work of the ceFIMS project, ceFIMS-CONNECT will work closely with the European Commission and the EU FIF in the development of strategies for promoting greater alignment of Future Internet investment priorities at National and European levels.
